1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from BAC Water Depot ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

2. Definitions

• "Site" — bacwaterdepot.com and any associated subdomains.
• "Products" — bacteriostatic water vials and any other research supplies sold by the Company.
• "Buyer" or "You" — any individual or organization that places an order or accesses the Site.
• "Order" — a confirmed purchase submitted through the Site.

3. Product Use — Research and Laboratory Only

All Products sold by BAC Water Depot are for research and laboratory use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing Products solely for research or laboratory purposes and that you are a qualified research or laboratory professional authorized to use such supplies.

The Company expressly prohibits the purchase or use of Products for any human or veterinary application. Any buyer who misrepresents their intended use or who uses Products contrary to this restriction assumes all risk and liability for such use.

4. Purchase Terms

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) at the listed price. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from the Company.

Prices are listed in US dollars. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The Company does not store payment card data. By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the full order amount at time of checkout. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 2–5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. The Company currently ships within the United States only. Please review our full Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Unopened Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened Products cannot be returned for research integrity reasons. Please review our full Refund Policy for the complete return process, non-returnable items, and refund timeline.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not:

• Purchase Products for human or veterinary use or administration.
• Resell Products with claims of suitability for human or veterinary use.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intended use of Products.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of BAC Water Depot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is" for research and laboratory use only. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond the stated research/laboratory use category. The Company does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or dosing advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Products or the Site. The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.
