We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right. Please review this policy and contact us if you have a question.
Eligible Returns — 30-Day Window
Unopened Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original, sealed condition.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened vials cannot be returned. Because our Products are research supplies, we cannot accept returns of opened vials for research integrity and safety reasons. This policy applies regardless of the reason for return.
The following are also non-returnable:
- Products that have been used or whose seals have been compromised.
- Products returned after the 30-day window.
- Products not in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at our contact page with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
- Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Photos of the damage or incorrect product are helpful but not always required.
Bulk Order Returns
Bulk orders (10+ vials) may be subject to modified return terms. Please contact us before placing a bulk order if you have questions about our return policy for large purchases.
