Product Positioning
All products sold by BAC Water Depot are marketed, sold, and positioned exclusively as:
- Research supply — for qualified laboratory and research applications.
- Laboratory supply — for use by research professionals in appropriate settings.
We do not market, position, or sell our products as pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or supplies for human or veterinary use. Our product descriptions, website content, and communications consistently reflect this research-only positioning.
What We Provide
As a research supply company, we provide:
- Product specifications and format information (volume, composition, storage requirements).
- Clear intended use statements on all product pages and documentation.
- Lot number tracking and documentation upon request.

What We Do Not Provide
BAC Water Depot expressly does not provide:
- Dosing instructions, preparation guides, or reconstitution protocols for any use.
- Instructions for human or animal administration, injection, or infusion.
- Medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or clinical advice of any kind.
- Guidance on off-label or non-research use of our products.
Inquiries requesting any of the above will not be fulfilled. We handle such inquiries by directing the inquiring party to appropriate licensed professionals.
