Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate at a single $15.99 flat rate regardless of order size or destination. Priority Mail Flat Rate provides tracked shipping with typical transit of 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are USPS estimates and not guarantees — occasional carrier delays may occur.
Free Shipping
Free USPS Priority Mail shipping is available on all domestic orders over $250 (before tax). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the order total meets the threshold.
Tracking
Every order includes a USPS tracking number, delivered by email as soon as the label is generated. Tracking updates appear at USPS.com within a few hours of dispatch.
Shipping Destinations
BAC Water Depot currently ships to domestic United States addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii (standard shipping times may be extended for these destinations). We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. International shipping may be added in the future.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is reported lost by the carrier:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
- For damaged items, photos of the packaging and product are helpful.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund for verified damaged or lost orders.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. The Company is not responsible for packages undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping cost may apply).
